Why we should meditate/exercise every day
What is Pranic Healing? According to Health Write For Us, Mental Health Write For Us, and Health Guest Post, it is a mix of Rainbow Reiki, Shamballa Reiki, Morning Meditation, and Soul Healing make up for Pranic Healing.
It is the
more interesting part of this, because it is absolutely critical to remember
that Buddhism is not a revealed religion. Learning from an amazing teacher is a
wonderful experience, and if you ever get the chance to do so, I recommend you
do whatever your teacher says, even and especially if they recommend you do
things that make no sense to you whatsoever. The nonsensical advice is the most
interesting precisely because it references things outside of your current
range of perception.
But
ultimately, the reason to do things is not because your teacher tells you to,
or Buddha tells you to, or I tell you to, but because they work. Or perhaps
more accurately, because they take you to where you want to go. And the only
way you can be really sure if something works is to try it.
That being
said, its great to meditate early in the morning, and late in the evening. If
you can time it right, meditating during sunrise and sunset can be a very
powerful experience. You’ll also notice that you’ll have different experiences
at different times of the year, but I’ll leave that as an exercise for the
reader - too much to go into here.
But even if you can’t plan things out to perfection, its better to meditate at a “Bad” time than not at all. Life is squirrely, and you may need to be flexible to get it to all work out.If you meditate early mornings, the first thing after your morning routine, even before you read the newspapers, your mind will be fresh and nascent, meditation will come easy. If work doesn't permit this, try it atleast on the weekends. In any case choose a time when your body has relaxed and not when it is tired and may fall asleep when you try to meditate
