Job vs Business: What’s Better?

    

          Income generation doesn’t have to be too difficult.

I prefer business over job. Working for my dream is a big attraction as compare to working for others. I specially give advise to those people to do business who are wise, intelligent, creative, innovative and passionate. In job you cannot make more money rather you have to live with limited income with slow increasing salary. In the case of business, you have more responsibilities but less accountability as you are the boss. Employee committed suicide because of work pressure or he is not happy with career because it is not as per his expectations, efforts and investment, he did for it. 

Similar to business, now a days student also take loan for education hence job aspiration also become risky like business. Not sure if he gets expected job, similar to business men where he get loan to run his business and hope for good profit.

 If person get his expected job, He will be retired at some point of time in future. After retirement, you do not have any option either waste time or start new business. If you start new business then you are late comer. In employment there is also fear of losing job due to slack market, change in business requirement, foreign policy, modernization or any criminal offense committed by employee. Your boss decide your career growth. He set goals for you. you are guided by him. If you are doing business, you are decision maker. You set your goal and achieve it. You take risk which other do not take but you enjoy life that other do not. There is no retirement in business. You can also donate business to your offspring by keeping some share in it for permanent income.
